Framed as a poetic tragedy, The Orgy is a surreal, intertextual play where ancient Hellenes debate parodies of modern intelligentsia. In this setting, artistic integrity collides with the hypocrisy of modern political discourse while metaphorical eroticism intertwines with lofty academic rhetoric. Ultimately, profound disillusionment leads to a shocking, tragic ending.
